Refund policy
While we are sorry to hear the product does not suit your needs, we offer exchange or full refund if returned within 21 days of date of purchase.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.

Return items must be in perfect condition, they must not have been worn and must have no visible signs of wear or use.
We are unable to accept returns of products that have been worn, used or damaged and/or garment tags removed.
Please note refunds/ exchanges may take up to 10 business days to process.
Being a small business, unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns and the return will be at your own cost.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods that do not match your order, or they are faulty, please contact us immediately, within 3 working days, so that we can rectify the issue. You will either be given the option to have the goods replaced with those ordered (if still available) or to be offered a full refund. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods, minus the delivery costs.
We strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage for your returns as we can’t be held responsible for packages that fail to arrive.
