Shipping policy

Dispatch Date

Provided the item you order is in stock we aim to dispatch it to you within 1 to 2 working days (unless Express delivery, Next Day Delivery or Saturday Delivery is selected in which case, we aim to dispatch the product the same working day, as long as orders are placed before 12.00 noon). If we are unable to deliver within this time frame then we will contact you directly via email. 

UK Standard Delivery

All standard delivery items will be sent by Royal Mail Second Class Delivery which aims to deliver in 2 – 3 working days from Dispatch Date, including Saturdays.

UK Express Delivery

All UK Express delivery items will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Delivery which aims to deliver in the next working day from dispatch date, including Saturdays. This is not guaranteed and may take 2 working days from Dispatch Date.

Next Day Delivery

All Next Day Delivery items will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery which guarantees delivery by 1.00pm the next working day (including Saturdays) from Dispatch Date. Please note that you will be required to sign for the delivery and so this is subject to you being in to receive it. If you order before 12 noon your product will be dispatched the same day.

Exceptions and restrictions apply to every Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Service. During exceptional circumstances such as the Covid-19 pandemic, delivery time guarantees may be subject to change.
